About me
Growing up in Luxembourg, a small European country, I always felt the need to explore beyond its borders and familial, social norms. Having lived around the UK for the past fifteen years, I know what it is like to feel at home and like an outsider. I have had a varied life and explored many paths, always led by questions of “who am I” and “what is life really about”.
I worked in education and academia for many years. While ultimately I know that being a therapist is my soul calling, I also know what it is like to not know, to feel uncertain and lost. I also have lived experience of chronic health issues which have shaped how I experience the world and, of course, how I work. Community, nature and spirituality are important to me. I also love dancing (badly) and reading; my first degree was in English literature. I identify as LGBTQIA+.
Two of my core values are curiosity and open-heartedness, which I aim to bring to everyone I meet and everything I do. In awe of the world and human complexity, I know life is both exquisitely beautiful and excruciatingly painful. I feel deeply privileged to accompany people on a part of their life’s journey.
